Discuss a workflow

Start with the workflow, not the tooling

The useful first message is a description of a process, not a request for a quote. Three things make a reply worth reading: what the process is, roughly what volume it runs at, and where the time goes today.

Describe the workflow

The more concrete the process, the more useful the reply. Volumes, the systems involved and where the time goes are the three things we always ask about.

Choose one of the listed areas.
Describe the process in a sentence or two, so we can tell you if it fits.

Do not attach supplier files or client documents here. If a file transfer is needed, we agree the method after scoping.

What you send is used to answer your enquiry and nothing else. It reaches us by email through Resend, is not added to a marketing list, and is deleted within 12 months if it does not lead to work. How your data is handled.

What happens after you send it

  1. You get a reply saying whether this is something the studio should take on. Sometimes the honest answer is that a smaller fix or a different supplier is the right call.

  2. If it fits, we arrange a conversation about the process itself: who touches it, which systems are involved, what the edge cases are.

  3. You get a written scope with inputs, exclusions and a price before any build work starts.

Please do not send files yet

No supplier price lists, submission packages, client documents or exports with personal data in a first message. If a transfer is needed, the method is agreed after scoping.

What this studio is useful for

Not a filter to put you off, just the honest shape of the work.

Usually a fit

  • A process that repeats weekly or monthly and is done by hand.
  • Information that has to be moved, matched or checked between two systems or formats.
  • A spreadsheet that has become more important than anyone intended.
  • A scoped audit or implementation project in search, conversion or a website.

Usually not

  • Staffing or an open-ended hour bank with no defined scope.
  • A request for a ranking, traffic or revenue guarantee.
  • A system that must make an irreversible decision with no human review.
  • Work that needs published client references to proceed, since there are none yet.

What happens to what you send

It is used to answer your enquiry
The details you submit are used to reply and to scope the work. They are not used for marketing lists, and they are not sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Attachments are not requested here
The form has no file upload, deliberately. No commercially sensitive or personal data should be sent through it.
Analytics is consent-first
No analytics or marketing tags load before consent. Accepting analytics cookies loads Google Analytics 4 and nothing else; the privacy notice sets out what it records.
The privacy notice says the rest
How enquiry details are handled is set out in the privacy notice, linked in the footer. It has not been through legal review yet, and the notice says so itself.
